Read-Out circuits and systems for high time resolution SWIR SPAD arrays
My research is primarily focused on the advancement of integrated circuits and electronic systems designed for use with single-photon detectors operating in the SWIR region, with a specific emphasis on InGaAs/InP SPADs, both single pixel and arrays. In detail, such systems will aim to achieve low timing jitter, fast gating capability and high photon count rate for advanced time-of-flight applications.
